Antragsformular TCF-Spermfreezing

You can request cryopreservation of sperm from a mouse line here. It is recommended to choose 1–2 males aged between 11 and 30 weeks. Cryopreserved can replace mouse lines currently not used in active experiments. As part of good experimental planning, you should generally create cryobackups at the beginning of the experiment and when breeding milestones are reached, to compensate for genetic drift, breeding disruptions, or hygiene issues.

In the Pyrat order, you can view the status of the process and will receive a protocol upon completion.
